EXCHANGEABLE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy and satify with your purchase. Your notebook(s) may be exchanged within 14 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that notebook(s) received after 14 days of ship date will not be entertained. Any defective notebook or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
We will exchange the notebook you purchased if you are not satified with your order or if the size, specification, colour and etc does not fit. You shall return your purchased notebook(s) in original conditions including boxes, adapter, user manual, recover cd (if applicable), and etc bundled items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the different model or brand; and same or higher value then your purchased price. We will send you the requested notebook at no shipping charge to you. All purchased of notebook only entitle to exchange once for each transaction.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping/freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:
